What it does

• Guided triage: step-by-step questions that end in a clear urgency outcome.
• Dosage calculator: weight-based doses, with unit conversion and safe-range warnings.
• Works offline: everything runs on the device, even when the clinic Wi-Fi doesn't.

The app supports, and does not replace, the judgement of a veterinarian. Always follow your clinic's protocols and a veterinarian's directions. In an emergency, contact a veterinarian straight away.

Questions

Does it need an internet connection?

No. Triage and dosage work fully offline. When you're online, the app checks for clinical content updates in the background, and switches to new content only between uses, never in the middle of a triage.

How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?

Install the app, sign in with the same account as before, then go to Settings and choose Restore purchases.

How do I get a refund?

Apple and Google handle refunds. Use reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or your order history in Google Play.

Which version do I have?

Open Settings, then About. It shows the app version and the date of the clinical content.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings and choose Delete account. More about deleting your account.
