Street Cat LabsThis policy explains how Street Cat Labs Pty Ltd (ACN 703 230 004), "we", handles personal information in our apps and on this website. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Each app also has a short page listing exactly what it collects.
The short version
- We collect only what an app needs to work, and nothing for advertising.
- We don't sell personal information.
- Account data is stored in Australia, in Amazon Web Services' Sydney region.
- You can delete your account from inside the app at any time.
What we collect and why

This website
This site has no cookies, analytics or tracking. Our host keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security.
Who we share it with
- Amazon Web Services (Sydney, Australia) hosts our sign-in service and database.
- Apple and Google process payments and send us confirmation of purchases.
- Your sign-in provider, if you sign in with Apple, Google or Facebook.
Apple, Google and Facebook may handle information outside Australia under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while you have an account. When you delete it, we remove your personal information within 30 days, except purchase records we must keep under tax law (generally 5 years).
Your rights
- Delete your account from the app's Settings.
- Access or correct your information by emailing privacy@streetcatlabs.com.
- Complain to us at the same address. If you're not satisfied with our response, contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to the company's directors. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we'll tell you and the OAIC.
Children
Our apps aren't directed at children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app first.
